Red Kite is a long established publishing company run jointly by by two well known personalities in the field of aviation history, Simon Parry and Mark Postlethwaite GAvA.
We specialise in producing high quality aviation books, focusing mainly on the Second World War subjects. Mark's design and photographic background combined with Simon's expertise in research and publishing enables us to produce books of the highest quality in terms of both design and historical accuracy.

The In Focus Series
Our highly acclaimed In Focus Series now gives high quality photographic coverage of twelve of the most iconic aircraft of WW2 and the units that operated them.

War-Torn Skies Series
The new and expanding War-Torn Skies series breaks new ground and details the air war over Great Britain county-by-county. Surrey, Hertfordshire and Cambridge are the first to be published, with others in production for 2009.

Authors
We have been fortunate in being able to commission works from some of the leading aviation authors in Europe including: John Foreman, Theo Boiten, Martin Bowman, Chris Goss, Zdenek Hurt and Ron Mackay.
